Auravive now ships worldwide! 

Products in your cart automatically calculate the package weight and estimate the shipping costs based on the items you select. At checkout, you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges. Your credit card will be charged according to the charges displayed during checkout. 

Standard shipping is free for domestic orders over $75.

ADDRESS ISSUES

Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. We know mistakes can happen. If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please let us know as quickly as you can by contacting us at shop@auraviveusa.com. In some cases, we can update the address prior to your shipment going out. If your order has already shipped, you are responsible for any additional shipping or address correction fees charged by UPS/DHL.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

If you will not be home at the time of delivery, consider having your order delivered to a nearby UPS store. This is an important option if you are shipping during hot or cold weather, or if you will have to leave your package in an unsecure area.

LOST OR MISSING PRODUCT

Over 90% of late items arrive within 3 business days of their delivery date. If tracking information shows your order has been delivered, and you have not received your order, our policy is to wait at least 3 business days before taking further steps for assistance. If your order does not arrive after that time has elapsed, we encourage you to contact us at shop@auraviveusa.com so that we can assist in investigating.

We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via UPS/DHL.

DAMAGES/ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for weather-related damage.

Please take photos of the damaged item(s) and email them to shop@auraviveusa.com.

Please allow up to 48 hours to process and pack your order. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. All domestic orders over $75 will ship for free.
