You may return any product(s) for a full refund. The product(s) must be in new or unused condition. Items must be sent back within 30 days of their delivery to be eligible for a refund. If possible, please use original packaging.
You may cancel any unshipped order for a full refund.

DAMAGES/ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for weather-related damages or personal damages.
Please take photos of the damaged item(s) and email them to shop@auraviveusa.com.
